Floral linen suit with button-through skirt
Dale Himmel (nee Hackett) purchased this Christian Dior Prêt-à-porter by El Jay linen suit in the 1970s when she was visiting New Zealand to announce her engagement. Originally the skirt was ground length but she had it shortened to a fashionable height.
