Panne velvet dinner dress & platform shoes

Carolyn used to wear this Colin Cole dress to dinner parties. "I threw it on with an Afro wig and platforms and I felt fantastic!" Wearing a wig was commonplace in the 1970s. Carolyn would wear her wig decorated with yellow straw flowers.
