Karakia print dress

This 'Karakia' print dress was created as part of collection featured at the Miromoda Showcase during New Zealand Fashion Week in 2013. It has also become designer Adrienne Whitewood's most popular garment and has been favoured by New Zealand celebrities including singer Maisey Rika and MP Louisa Wall. The design was inspired by the imagery used in popular media to symbolise spirituality and also incorporates Adrienne's signature taniko patterning.
