Dressage jacket & Minnie Pinnie dress
The 'Dressage' jacket design was part of Zambesi's Summer 1999 collection shown in London. It was never produced in the red velvet so it is assumed to be a one-off sample, most likely made as a request from a customer to match the 'Minnie Pinnie' dress from a collection in 1989. The jacket has a belt that threads through the side seams of the jacket and fastens at the front, completing the ensemble and giving the appearance of a belted dress.
