Cricket cap with embroidered fern

Martin Snedden is the CEO of the Rugby World Cup 2011 but he “earned his cap” in the sport
of cricket. First as a player from 1980 until 1990 and then as CEO of New Zealand Cricket from 2001 until 2006. The caps are numbered on the back and Martin’s Test Cap number is 149. The value and honour of being capped is evident, both from the quality of the display box complete with in- built headstand, and also from the fact that the New Zealand team has been named the Black Caps since 1998.
