Tabard dress with a high neck

This Helen Cherry garment was bought off the sample rack in the Vulcan Lane Workshop store, so it’s not clear if the style ever went into production. It was a great style for wearing over trousers and was worn with a top underneath for day wear or without for a more elegant evening wear look.
