Sincerity coat

This NOM*d coat has been reworked from a Hallensteins men's suit to create a new, one-off garment. NOM*d bought a number of suits from op shops in 1999/2000 and re-purposed them for their collection, 'Clarion'. Clarion was a label found in many of the men's suits they acquired - Sincerity and Invincible were other brands. Most of these suits would have been made in Dunedin in the 1940s. NOM*d presented the 'Clarion' collection at the first New Zealand Fashion Week in 2001.
