Hand-knitted jersey with flared sleeves

The Tigermoth label was started by knitwear designer, Pierrette Viscoe, who saw the creative potential of setting up a collective with other designers and artists. When it was formed in 1970, the collective included Pierette, her husband artist/sculptor Warren Viscoe, Daphne Mitten, Claire and Murray 'Griff' Griffin, leather maker Bruni (Brunhilde) Tosswill and the children’s clothing designer Colleen Rees.
