Burnt orange evening dress
Jean Begg attended many formal functions in the 1970s and 1980s, including a dinner with the British Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher and with Queen Elizabeth. This dress was purchased from Caroline Gowns in Balclutha for the 50th anniversary dinner of the New Zealand Meat Producers Board. Jean's husband was the director of the board.
